Just saying I am basing it on his history, not trying to guess which of their 3 keepers Zimbabwe will use

How many decent wicketkeepers do you get? 20-30 nah
When you don't get test wicketkeepers ranked as keepers, it's disappointing.

The draft finished days ago. I have never heard of this Glen Phillips but presumably he just got picked out of nowhere for a squad which is extra information that the rest of us didn't have during the draft so it's too late to make a change. You'll need to wait for the end of Q1.

Can I know the reason why?
Plus my pick of Niall O'Brian was the last keeper to be grabbed in the draft.So I don't see a reason why I can't opt for another keeper.All the other teams had picked their keeper before I picked Niall O'Brian.

Plus technically the draft begins in January, so this should be a valid pick.Especially considering that I made my keepers pick last.And everyone had picked their keepers by that time.

You're right. NUFAN isn't at a disadvantage. But all the participants will be for allowing one person to replace his player 4 days after everyone has picked their full squads.
