Time to create voting thread now. Can't wait for it!

This has been one of the most fun drafts. Thanks Marcuss for the idea and running it (and running away from it too :p)

yeah cheers to Marcuss, my first ever draft and its been a blast so far, I've learnt more about former cricket greats in these few weeks than in my other year or so of being on here.

Also thanks to Watson for keeping things running when half of you ****s started slacking :p

Now time you beat you ****s in the sim. Well everyone except Kyear2 that is. And Monk and Watson. Actually make that everyone except GIMH

Probably a good idea if everyone posts their finalised team in the desired batting order, including the nominated captain and keeper, so Marcuss (thanks Marcuss!) doesn't have to guess or going hunting though the thread.

Just for fun I made up a budget team from the left overs. I reckon it's pretty good and would be happy to have it as my first team;

01. Jackie McGlew - 34
02. Roy Fredericks - 59
03. Ian Chappell - 75
04. Lawrence Rowe - 30
05. Dean Jones - 52
06. Brian McMillan - 38
07. Jim Parks - 46
08. Maurice Tate - 39
09. Jack Gregory - 24
10. Graham McKenzie - 60
11. Subhash Gupte - 36

Why no one chose bargain players H. Taylor, B. Sutcliffe, Mankad, McMillan, Gregory, Tate, Patterson, Griffith, Gupte, or Wardle is a bit of a mystery I reckon.

Kortright and and a few others of that era are noticeably missing as well.

Gutted about missing herbie in particular

Yes, Herbie Taylor and McGlew are a couple of SA openers that look good together. And at cost of only 76 Tests.
