Does a player even exist that meets the above? No all rounders who average over 40 with the bat or under 30 with the ball

Got about 200 wickets at 35 in fc so idkWe probably need a minimum wickets per match rule to define whether someone should be categorised as an allrounder. For instance, Doug Walters averaged under 30 as a bowler, but with just 49 wickets in 74 matches, was he really an allrounder?
guess we'll find outDoes a player even exist that meets the above?
That is why we need a clear definition of what constitutes an allrounder. If Walters is an allrounder, he is ineligible. If he is not an allrounder, he is eligible. He wouldn't qualify as allrounder anyway as averaged over 40 with the bat
to clarify, I am sure there are plenty of all rounders who average in the 30s with bat and ball tbhDoes a player even exist that meets the above?
i mean i'll block the pick if someone tries to sneak a batsman in as an all rounderThat is why we need a clear definition of what constitutes an allrounder. If Walters is an allrounder, he is ineligible. If he is not an allrounder, he is eligible.
Sorry, I read it as averaging over 40 with the bat and under 30 with the ball lolto clarify, I am sure there are plenty of all rounders who average in the 30s with bat and ball tbh
