Fair question. I had him categorised as an all-rounder. Don't mind either way but a consistent rule would be good

Yeah, we really need a clear definition, such as >= 1 wicket per match or >= 75 balls per match = all rounder

Otherwise, some people will forgo players they consider to be all rounders, only for other people with lower thresholds to subsequently pick them.

In fact, this has already happened. Worrell took 350 first class wickets and a test 7 for, so most people probably passed him by as he doesn't meet the batting criteria for an all rounder. Yet Mr_Mister picked him.

It's the spirit that's important. No one's going to think of a bowler or an all rounder when they think of Worrell. Besides, we aren't doing bowling orders at the end so it should be fine.

That isn't unambiguous enough in my opinion because some people will categorise certain players as allrounders and others will not. Then the people who applied a stricter definition of all rounder will miss out on certain players that do get selected by others in the draft.

So far, you seemed to imply that Doug Walters is an allrounder and Frank Worrell is not. Not only did Frank Worrell bowl a lot more and take a lot more wickets, but 46 of Frank Worrell's 69 test wickets were taken when opening the bowling! Walters never opened the bowling once in his career. There is no statistical justification for treating Walters as an all rounder and Worrell as a batsman (other than bowling average I guess).
