To be quite honest, I don't care what you think. I'm only playing Battrick for some fun and I don't take it really seriously.

Perm,

Yes I Understand that im not saying to sack all your players im just saying too improve your team you could do what I Suggested and if you did you could possibly Improve results which in theory could make it more fun for you.

Just a thought or a bit of advice.

Cheers,

AD

BARNES OUT
Code:
End of Over 45: 232-10, runrate=5.16
Hodge	7-0-51-4
Boyce*	45 (52 balls)
Playing 4th, happy with the bowling effort in the end. Will fall short by about 200 runs in the chase, though.

End of Over 2: 8-0, runrate=4.00, reqrunrate=6.15 (302-2)
Lapham 1-0-2-0

Mcmahon 2 (3 balls)

Hopefully we can get within 50...

End of Over 14: 54-4, runrate=3.86, reqrunrate=3.39 (175-10)
Jones 2-0-4-0
Gray* 18 (26 balls)
Millard 2 (10 balls)
Last Wicket: Johnston b. Johnston 0 (FOW: 43/4)

Getting pwn3d here, I'm up against a side that hasn't won a game all season, full strength batting lineup, with Mcmillan (superb/strong), Johnston (superb/resp) and Bhutia (strong/feeb) all out... Gray in particular needs to stick around, wouldn't mind if Millard & if needed, Houlihan could score a few.

Update -

End of Over 24: 98-5, runrate=4.08, reqrunrate=3.00 (175-10)
Bardle 2-0-4-1
Gray* 43 (51 balls)
Houlihan 0 (2 balls)

Just lost Millard for 19 (43). He and Gray put on 55 (78), a solid stabilising partnership, but now I need Houlihan to stay in... he's hit a 100 against Asterix... :(

Won my match today by 205 runs and am starting to cement my spot in the top 4 in my league. Lost the toss n batted first on my green pitch. It ended up being a bit of a collapse a thon. I was 3/32 but recovered with a 223 run stand between Z.Kennedy n Pratley, but then after the 40 over mark i lost 7 wickets for only 4 runs. Was pretty amazing i won as i had 8 players scoring a duck or only 1 run. Westhead was the cheif destroyer with the ball taking another 5 for.
College Dropouts 10/259 45.1 overs
Z.Kennedy 124 (120) MOTM
Pratley 115 (111) first ever century
Elsegood 6/23

Panagon CC 10/54 19.4 overs
Westhead 6/26
Gus 2/26

College Dropouts Panagon CC

Middle Order: respectable feeble
Lower Order: abysmal abysmal

End of Over 27: 133-4, runrate=4.93, reqrunrate=4.57 (237-10)
Austin 7-0-31-1
Allison* 62 (65 balls)
Baker 28 (43 balls)

Only way i can win this match is if these two stay in. Top 3 going for 2 runs between them, Allison's first league game, if he gets 100, it will be great.

EDIT:

Game Over

28.1 W Austin to Allison
A big lunge forward and the ball catches the edge before striking the pad and it's an easy catch for Fry.

Good partnership here, 61* (68), a very important one.

What the hell is wrong with this game. Look at this collapse, started by a ****ing competant bowler.

End of Over 47: 338-2, runrate=7.19, reqrunrate=6.33 (356-3)

Then...

End of Over 50: 346-10, runrate=6.92

What a load of trash to be honest. Mccammon was on 179(136) and Allen on 88(75). Then suddenly there's this huge collapse.

This guy ended up with 7/67

Jason Mullis (63108)
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, respectable batting form, superb bowling form, changeable
An attacking player with worthless leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Wages: £475 p/w
