Playing my main competition for second in my league today. Huge drop off from the top team I lost to last week though, and I really should win this one.

Started okay wickets wise after being sent in. Run rate isn't great though.

End of Over 21: 97-1, runrate=4.62
Salisbury 1-1-0-0
Mabaso* 26 (50 balls)
Camilleri 0 (2 balls)

40 off 26 for Bell got us up to 7/302. Should be able to defend that against this opposition, you'd imagine.

Should more or less seal second spot.

*Sighs* another 10 wicket victory, this is really quite depressing, just let me bat first ffs

Leneva CC - 69ao (34.1)
Peters 20(69), Lawrence 19(44)
Walton 4-23(10), Savage 3-4(5.1)

Clapo's XI - 0-70 (6.1)
Orourke 40(22), Stroud 29(17)
Donvan 0-22(3) McKenna 0-48(3.2)

TBH i'm dissappointed by my bowlers despite the fact they restricted them to just 69, It shouldn't be taking 34 overs to dismiss bot teams

Hoping i finally get to bat first next week...

Happy with the show the boys put up against Infinious' team today

Magical Ponies 181 (47.1)
Tedstone 76 (94), Kilkenny 55 (111), Canning 22 (20)

Beechboro Titans 3/182 (39.1)
Canning 2/21 (5), Erasmus 1/37 (8), Tedstone 0/29 (10)

Lloyd Stanton took 6/23 off 9 for him, which obviously didn't help that much. Looking at the ratings there was quite a big difference, so I'm not upset with that effort at all

Magical Ponies Beechboro Titans
Top Order: competent remarkable
Middle Order: respectable mediocre
Lower Order: abysmal abysmal
Seam Bowling: proficient exceptional
Spin Bowling: proficient competent
Fielding: woeful mediocre

Won my match today batting first on their cracked pitch. Lucky i had a partnership of over 100 for the 7th wicket or the result may have been different. Jayasuriya is in really bad form with the bat atm he hasnt had a decent score so far this season. My opening bowlers ripped thru their top order to secure the victory.

College Dropouts 10/218 46.5 overs
T.Kennedy 123 (128) not out MOTM
Gus 40 (77), cant believe he scored that given he is a woeful bat, resp conc n the quality of the bowling

Fulham Cricket Club 10/78 26.1 overs
Westhead 4/21
Gus 4/43

Fulham Cricket Club College Dropouts
Top Order: superb quality
Middle Order: mediocre respectable
Lower Order: worthless abysmal

Getting mauled by a sensational-remarkable opening partnership. I scored 322/7 but they are 164/0 off 24 overs.

Won against a bot as expected. Our bowling is still a worry. We managed to bowl them out but Benjamin keeps going for 7 an over and Tiisetso isn't penetrating enough.

Brayley is a gun however, being reasonably backed up by Weerappuli. Even clutch player Bennie from Central Districts is bowling well.

Reimann notched up his 3rd century in 4 matches.

They were 275/0 from 43.3 overs requiring 47 with 10 wickets in hand. Then took 3/3 and they needed 11 off the last over.

We pick up the action in the 50th over..:

Code:
49.1 2	Bardle to Padayachie
Padayachie rocks back, waiting for the turn, and nudges it past short fine leg.

49.2 1	Bardle to Padayachie
Slogged away to the man in the deep. Good fielding keeps it down to one.

49.3 1	Bardle to Chanderpaul
Turned off the pad. Half hearted appeal for LBW, but the umpire doesn't signal leg byes. There must have been some bat on it.

49.4 4	Bardle to Padayachie
Stunning shot! I could watch replays of that all day. Beautifully timed cover drive from Padayachie.

49.5 1	Bardle to Padayachie
Oops! A misfield off his own bowling allows Padayachie through for a quick single.

49.6 W	Bardle to Chanderpaul
[COLOR="Red"][B]Big appeal for LBW. It looked like he got an inside edge, but he's been given out! Oooh, he's not happy with that one![/B][/COLOR]
Win by one run. Get in there. :D

Batting first against COM-Earl's lot. Packer getting ever so slightly better - managed a quickfire 48 this time.
