India is the best place for spinners.

India with Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Sehwag and Ganguly were easily able to handle 2 ATG spinners.

An ATG batting lineup would most likely play them with ease and have more difficulty playing great fast bowlers.
Australia and SA won in India because of their pace attacks.

I think it's all red ball cricket being played with whatever weights you want to tests and FC.... Plus if it's just test cricket only too, he surely can still get in too?
If you are judging him just on tests I don't see how he is any better than someone like Arthur Shrewsbury etc.

I think the second XI attack may end up being a better one than the first XI. Martians will be happy.

Not only does the first XI attack lack reverse, they lack pace/fear factor. Marshall is the only one who is scary fast.

Purely based on bowling, Marshall-McGrath-Hadlee is the best possible attack, if we're not making a huge deal for reverse. And Which express bowler did you want to get into the team? Imran?

Quite possibly as long as Barnes doesn't get in imo.
