A triseries after a very long time. Hope Zimbabwe can pull off an upset though looks unlikely. Raza will have to do it all by himself.

Comfortable win in the end. Brevis and Hermann played well and Bosch was good with the bat.

Ngarava good on return for Zim.

I don't think Simelane would get into the Zimbabwe side and that tells you all you need to know.

Zimbabwe have a decent pace attack for t20s with Muzarabani Ngarava and Gwandu.. Need to find a spinner apart from Raza. Masakadza is terrible. Batting too depends a lot on Bennett and Raza. Madhevere has disappointed.

I rate Brandon Mavuta too highly because he was a beast on ICC but I still think he should be in the team.

Change in NZ bowling line up tonight compared to last season, only 2 specialist quicks, Neesham as 5th bowler. Last season normally 3 specialist quicks +2 of Santner / Bracewell / Sodhi depending on availability, Neesham when playing was normally 6th bowling option.

No Phillips / Ravindra yet (still travelling from USA) so Mitchell only 6th bowling option.

Conway, Mitchell, Hay and Neesham scored 16 between them. Not great.

We need something pretty decent from the debutant now.
