5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

King Kane

International Vice-Captain
Well done to Atkinson for getting a 5'fer but he couldn't have asked for 2 easier wickets with Siraj and Krishna unless he bowled to Chris Martin.

Tongue bowled pretty well too with his 3 wickets.

Not a great total for India but it looks like another good day for bowling so India aren't out of this yet.

I mean you could asterisk most fifers going off the same logic.

I don't understand how Bumrah decided to sit out a test on a greentop
Seems like your lot are more bothered about celebrating not losing the series then actually trying to draw the series.

Asia Cup more important or something. The IPL was more important last time than beating us in a series.

These are perfect conditions for Akashdeep. He'll nip out three in no time, watch.
Nah if you become too eager, you get nothing. Have to remain patient and consistent with your lines. Bowl accurately for long periods and wickets will come eventually but if you go chasing for wickets, you'll get hit for plenty, for example Siraj.
