4th Test (Old Trafford, Manchester) - 23rd to 27th of July

Looks like Nair's test career could come to an abrupt end

Sai looking terrific here. Excellent defensive technique and obviously can play his shots.

Thakur in at number 6?

Indian cricket is cooked
Why do we keep blaming the players?

We have a coach that believes selecting bits and pieces cricketers can win you test matches

Speaks volumes of his amazing record of 2 wins 8 losses and 1 draw in 11 matches. Will be 10 losses by the end of this series.

I had my doubts about Gambhir as test coach from the beginning. I mean, his white ball record speaks for itself, hence his role as the ODI/T20 coach. But he was pretty rubbish apart from one really good series in New Zealand (2009). So far his era as coach has been awful.

Last 15 minutes of play. Unless one of these two does something extremely stupid, India will go to stumps at Day 1 with 4 wickets down. BUT I could be wrong.
