Salisbury didn't play as many tests, Symcox was an all rounder and I'd take Wiseman over Bashir

Yeah I wouldn’t class Paul Harris with these blokes. Harris played parts in some important SA wins at home and abroad. Lost it at the end but he was boring, whereas Bashir seems very all over the place.

IMO India should let Bashir take a five wicket haul after getting a 500 lead. Should do that instead of declaring. Make him undroppable.

Doubt it would make a difference. They won't be dropping him anyway. Imagine at least two of the pace bowlers will change though.

They are definitely inflated in this era. But Bashir just bowls too many pies for any spinner I've ever seen play this much at the international level
