Yeah, look, Holder should have batted at #7 when they started collapsing. Bring in Sammy/Russell later when he'd (hopefully) rebuilt the innings somewhat with Carter and let them tonk away to a middling total. The skipper should have taken some responsibility to dig them out of **** here, and IMO he's a more-than-capable batsman anyway. Genuine engineroom-er.

haha. Gotta just be used to this. Its over a decade of this rubbish now. Sure its worse and they won the CT trophy and a T20 WC in between, but in large they have been rubbish for ages.

He's a captain who doesn't really have the authority to make that decision. It's ****ed.
