I * think * those wickets will suit his game more if anything. He's clearly a see n hit sort with more than a touch of premeditation about him. Factor in predictable bounce and he should be right at home. Different pedigree of fast bowling though obv but think he has a 100 in him at the very least.
You must be thinking of Australian pitches before 2021, because they certainly aren't like that now

Looks like today will be better for batting than tomorrow (weather and pitch), but tomorrow could well be impacted by rain. If it comes to making a declaration, how brave will Gill be?

poster + likers of post is a real insight into the lala land livers when it comes to Harry Brook

I fkn love it. Long live Harry. Was already on about 57 when he got dropped btw. Comparing him to Marnus is as ignorant as it’s possible to be
Agreed. Marnus had a higher average at this stage of his career. Brook not fit to carry his jockstrap

After 26 matches Marnus averaged 54.31
Currently in his 26th match Brook averages 59.46

There's also the added point that people would pay good money to be entertained by Brook, whilst I'm not even sure Marnus's own mother would want to watch that **** scratch around for 3 hours whilst trying to do an impression of his shower partner.

The other thing they have in common is they’ll both be out of their respective test sides by the end of January 2026

India is plainly a far more likeable outfit than the self-styled-but-massively-underperforming saviours, the latter led as they are by a violent recidivist thug.
Nonsense, India in 2021 England series might be the single most unlikeable and thuggish team to ever be sent to the British shores.
