Losing confidence with these blokes again, is England going to keep the darn ashes ?

What in hell is wrong with Mitch Johnson now ?.. he suddenly looks as if getting a wicket some kind of miracle. his returns today were just awful.

Depends on where you draw the line doesn't it. I think batsmen set the bar for bowlers. I have seen much worse than Siddle bowl for us but also I have seen better. Thung is I never get the feeling a wicket is just around the corner with Siddle and when he does knock a batsman over it comes as a...

I wish he could be one of the greatest.... after all sides with great fast bowlers win most of the time, only side I feel has a real good attack was South Africa last time I saw them.

You still have to bowl very well at perth if not the batsmen have a field day... today I think England will score massively and I think they will save the Ashes as It seems the Aussies have run out of gas.

No I mean extra pace on his bowling, I think Harris and Siddle are just too slow to be consistent. Back in the 80's they would be called medium pacers... not even fast medium.

    Prove me wrong.

Harris could do with at least another 10kms and hour for pace... he is medium pace apparently

Siddle is a slow bowler for a pace bowler thats for sure and that is Australia's massive weakness, we only have one legitimate fast bowler that I know of and he has failed today. Where have all the true fast bowlers gone ?

It's at Perth, only the worst bowlers in test cricket fail here. Harris just took a single wicket and silly Mark Taylor calls Harris a champion ?????... McGrath is waht a champion is... a matchwinner on a regular basis.

well the Australian bowlers are showing their true colours... they are pathetic useless crap and the days of Australian pride in cricket look to be history. don't be surprised if these useless assholes fail to take another single English wicket for the rest of the series. As I have said before...

Ponsford is the first Australian run machine.. Shield cricket was nothing to sneer at either. England had had 3 run machines before we had one. Ponsford played on diabolical wickets, his average worth at least 60 today.

Who will score the next triple

Yes there were big periods where Tendulkar and Steve Waugh had to carry their sides. I didn't mean Sachin didn't care about getting a big score same as for Mark Waugh but I did see both throw their wickets away at times. I just think Lara cared more about stats than Tendulkar did. I have to say...

Not sure what you mean. I hope it doesn't mean that anyone with a different opinion to you makes it "cringe worthy"...

Who will score the next triple

I think Sachin would get bored with real long innings like Lara's 400, he would have tried hitting them all out of the ground once he got to 200, well I seen him do that often. Lara was in a weak team a lot of the time so he had to try and score huge. Some batsmen are like Bradman, Lara and...

Who will score the next triple

Not as flat as you are making out.... Adelaide is always flat but you can't say Brisbane was flat or slow this year can you ?. Actually it was back in the late 70's early 80's when Greg Chappell was disgusted with the MCG pitch.. called it a dog track or something like that. In Australia most...

Who will score the next triple

No and neither did Steve Waugh and most other great batsmen in history.I don't think that stat counts against Tendulkar do you ?

Gilchraist had already made a massive mark and Bradman saw him play and Hayden had done everything by then. I idolized players like Morris but he rates below Hayden somewhat. I thought Bradman's choice of Bill Ponsford was brilliant as he would be the first Opener I picked in an all time...

Who will score the next triple

Triple centuries will always be more common in India, yes the wickets are so flat it is ridiculous. It's why India struggles on most tours to Australia. 300 there is like 150 here in most cases. I do not knock those innings or those batsmen... only the bowling that allows such big scores.
