Don't know about outstanding, but whoever ends up with 100 test wickets and a batting average of 30 will be remembered as the best all-rounder produced by Australia after Keith Miller stopped playing cricket.

Goes pretty well whenever he plays against England. They could wheel him out this summer on the back of zero Shield form and he'd still make runs against them.
If he was born in your time IE 120-130 years ago, and it was only Australia-England-South Africa playing Tests, reckon Mitch Marsh would end with an ATG record?

He could be born in any era if all he had to do was play England. For whatever reason he seems to excel against them.
