Why would an aussie care about who wins this series?
If England were to lose in colossal fashion (and they won't), everyone would be predicting a complete thrashing only for England to outpace expectations. Now, everyone will be talking as if this will be England's first victory down under since 2010-11, but that could come down in a flash once Starc, Hazlewood, Boland, and Cummins run riot.

didn't know India losing 1-3 means England will win the Ashes down under, interesting equation

Stokes is now just the 4th player in Test history with 10 centuries and 5 fivefers (Botham, Sobers, Kallis is pretty cool company),
This is slightly contrived. A century is roughly same as a fiver. Only Botham has 10+ of both. I'm guessing there are plenty with 5+ of both.

batting till 9 or 10 btw
Archer would be a 9 in plenty of sides over the years.

Would be an 8 in India's so defs plenty batting to come.

Would love for us to bat the rest of the day at least but I can see us offering up far too many opportunities and making this more of a one innings shootout than maybe it could be.

**** off Gill! I am sick of all the G named Indian cricketers who end up in a leadership position.

Gambhir, Gill, Gavaskar, Ganguly

(Ganguly is the egomaniac responsible for ending Shastri-Kohli).
Kohli-Shastri was overrated. Excellent fast bowling attack and home record, but they underachieved for their potential. Failed to win a test series in England, South Africa, and New Zealand. Won 2 in Australia, but the more remarkable of them was under Rahane.
