England, traditionally in white and red, have a change strip that is black....and Argentinian powder blue...and the first time they wear it, is vs Argentina.

Looks like they've borrowed Uruguay kit tbh

Pumas should be 3 tries up, but deciding to just 1 out rugby whenever they get to 10m of the line isn't working. Impressive holds from England so far, especially when down to 13.

Yeah pretty frustrating lack of conversion for the pumas. Not sure why they’re insisting with pick and gos all the time at the try line

Been quite the decent start to the second half for the visitors.

England played more rugby in eight minutes than the Lions did in eighty.

I just stepped out, and it's suddenly 22-0...didn't see any of it...now expect that'll be all the points in the match lol.

Pumas coming right back into this.

Entertaining game; if memory serves our series in Argentina during the last Lions tour produced some decent rugby too.

Well, the Pumas will feel like they probably should of had this won at half time with how the first half went, credit to England for blowing the doors off early in the second though. Thought Baxter was quite good around the park, seemed to be dominant in contact every time I saw him, will be solid for years to come by the look.

Yeah Argentina really paid for not converting all those opportunities in the first half

Comm just said our last tour was 2017; Christ alive seems way more recent than that.

Pretty comprehensive in the end. Decent effort for a team missing ~a dozen players.

Now the dilemma...stay up for 6 more hours until the start of the wobs/Fiji, or go to sleep and inevitably **** up the alarm

Willis had a great game I thought, and Ford was really good too.

Some of the ruck speed was ferocious when we got going in the second half

In all seriousness I don't think the Curry/Underhill/Willis back row loses much in comparison to the Beirne/van der Flier/Earl combo ver Lions stuck out today.

Very little, Underhill in particular adds so much balance to a back row. He was unlucky not to be in Aus.

Great result though, decent strength in depth now.

Congrats to Big Willie who will be making his 100th appearance for the Boks this weekend. There are many here in SA who didnt want him in the side at all for such a long time :wacko:
