As I've excluded South Africans whose Test careers were made incomplete by the ban, we should also exclude current players on similar grounds - after all, their current Test tally isn't a full reflection of their career.

What about Frank Roro then? He didn't play during the apartheid-ban period but could have played tests if not for apartheid.

Frank Roro didn't play during South Africa's exclusion from Tests era so he is eligible though I'm not sure his career is classified as FC, He's eligible.

Yes. He made his debut for Australia in 1982 aged 25 so, theoretically, his career wasn't curtailed significantly by the ban.
