There were a couple of names I thought might come up in the '0' category.

Bedi called Rajinder Goel to be better than himself and that he played Tests and Goel didn't was completely due to luck. Goel played 157 FC games and took 750 wickets @18.58. Padmakar Shivalkar was generally rated around his equal.
