Yes but of the top 7 only Bavuma, who has been pretty good recently, and Markram have any real tests under the belt. The rest are mostly less than 20 Tests in. Unproven, unknown, inexperienced.... not shallow.

I have low expectations from them all. If any of them can play a significant innings - Temba aside - it would almost be career defining.
