If the Ryder Cup was tomorrow, Griffin would be in the team. But I suspect he's just on a hot few weeks and it won't last. But Bradley is starting to cause himself some issues, if he qualifies, surely he plays and then someone else has to captain.Watching the golf and am starting to see Ben Griffin's name more regularly now. Bradley may have to give up the captaincy and play ryder Cup himself if this form continues. Into the top 20 now. Bryson is 3rd in RC standings despite being in liv.
I think I'd call it one and a half wins given the first was a secondary event with the top players all participating in a signature event. But he's further evidence of how the top performers on the DP World Tour (Detry, Pavon, Bobby Mac etc) can go out and win on the PGA if given the chance which they now have.Ryan Fox with 2 PGA wins in about a month!! Amazing. Bob Charles is the only other Kiwi to have won more than once on the tour.
His father Grant was a great rugby player , but Ryan has surpassed him.
He's really struggling with his driver. I guess we'll see if the weekend off (which you fancy he kind of always wanted) has helped him find anything for Oakmont.Rory allegedly being paid a massive appearance fee to play a PGA Tour event in which he looks like missing the cut by a long way
Good for you. Fox will consider it two wins. The PGA will consider it two wins. History will consider it two wins. But you do you.I think I'd call it one and a half wins given the first was a secondary event with the top players all participating in a signature event.
I feel fairly certain I know which one Fox will value more. Although, whether either of those 2 match Wentworth I'm not sure. Nothing against him, very popular player amongst his peers. But this win provides far more opportunities (like Masters, Tournament of Champions, Signature Event entries) going forward.Good for you. Fox will consider it two wins. The PGA will consider it two wins. History will consider it two wins. But you do you.
