Virender Sehwag / (IND, 2000s)
Rohan Kanhai / (WI, 1950s)
Brian Lara / (WI, 1990s)
Zaheer Abbas / (PAK, 1960s)
Hashan Tillakaratne + / (SL, 1980s)
Ian Botham o / (ENG, 1970s)
Ray Lindwall o / (AUS, 1940s)
Bruce Taylor o / (NZL, 1960s)
Bill O’Reilly o (AUS, 1930s)
Curtly Ambrose o (WI, 1980s)

Very happy with the team that has 5 proper bowlers and batting depth till No.9.

Top order of Smith, Sehwag, Kanhai, Lara ensures that life of Abbas, Tillakaratne will be easier and then the all-rounders can take over. Tillakaratne was a capable wicket keeper during the 90s and can do the job effectively.

Curtly Ambrose, Ray Lindwall, Ian Botham and Bruce Taylor can destroy any batting line up with their fiery fast bowling. Bill O'Reilly is arguably the 2nd best leggie and his numbers speaks for himself.

Pretty happy with that side. Plenty of bowling options and a lot of solid batsmen upto 8 and some tailend runs from Rabada will always be welcome. Perhaps should have gotten better #10 and #11 for their batting but the bowling variety will make up for it. 2 spinners plus 4 fast bowlers of all varieties and skilled at seam, swing, reverse swing, sheer pace etc means this side will be a good one for all conditions. And the batting with a few ATGs in there is pretty awesome on its own too.
