nah typically they defend whatever the ump gave. i wonder why......
Paying people to defend a stance that has no consequence on anything at all and can be changed at any point in time with ease has to be about the weirdest thing an organisation can do, It's not like they stand to lose profit like cigarette companies and lung cancer or anything like that. It's purely to save face.

So dysfunctional.

starc worried as ****. both doherty and lyon have ****ed starc over

HowSTAT! ODI Scorecard
remember when johnson was nearing a hundred in johannesburg and siddle edged first ball trying to slog some **** but it was a no ball, and siddle did the exact same thing next ball but this time it wasn't a no ball? if lyon and doherty don't get starc to 100 i will fume as much as i did then

edit: ok it wasn't first ball but still

125.3 Morkel to Siddle, 1 no ball, edged to second slip ... oh wait, its a no-ball! Morne, Morne, Morne ... he's overstepped again, pitching a good ball to suck a thick outside edge from Siddle which Kallis laps up at second slip, but he's a mile over the crease

125.3 Morkel to Siddle, OUT, this one's a legal delivery and Kallis takes another catch! Siddle again doesn't move his feet much as he flirts for another ball leaving him and gives Kallis catching practice
PM Siddle c Kallis b Morkel 9 (26m 15b 2x4 0x6) SR: 60.00

Nine down. Poor Johnson's down the other end wondering whats happening. The third of the debutants, Ben Hilfenhaus, comes out. Three slips in place.

125.4 Morkel to Hilfenhaus, OUT, oh I can't believe it! Johnson doesn't get his maiden Test century, while Hilfenhaus gets a golden duck on debut, just feeling for one pitched up and edging smack to de Villiers at third slip
BW Hilfenhaus c de Villiers b Morkel 0 (1m 1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Do people think smith told starc to face out the whole last over last night or he just did it on his own accord?
