Huh, had no idea this was so close. Only two days between fixtures for the Pakistanis, one of which being presumably taken up by the long-haul flights. Unenviable.

The point is ...the series were quite close and the good thing for Pakistan is that they can bring the form and momentum right into this series....

Would like to see Khalil put up some promising performance as a new pacer for Pak.

It'll be interesting to see how much Khalil has improved. I don't really put a lot of weight into Quaid-i-Azam Trophy performances because there are so many ****ing teams and no overseas players so the quality is really diluted at times, however Khalil also did really well in the Pentangular tournament last season which does make me a bit more optimistic. I would've gone Sadaf myself, particularly given it's against Bangladesh, but Sadaf has lots of time ahead of him and this is probably Khalil's last shot so it's 'nice' to see him selected.

How come you follow Pak domestic cricket? What other domestic cricket do you follow apart from Pak and Aus?

Bangladesh really need to perform here, probably deem them as favourites for the series.
No way Bangladesh are anywhere near favourites for this series. Pakistan are probably Bangladesh's toughest match up, in terms of strengths and weaknesses. Bangladeshi spinners will be nullified as Pakistani batsmen can play spin competently, and their batsmen's weakness; pace bowlers are Pakistan's strength. Also expect Ajmal, Afridi and Hafeez to get plenty of wickets.

With Bangladesh fans demanding success and Pakistan having issues off the field - yes they beat Sri Lanka but they weren't really tested. Favourites might have been a tad harsh, but I'm going for Ban to win the Test series.

I wish I had your confidence, I'd be ecstatic with a draw in the Test series, never mind win it.
Realistically I think the T20 could go either way, tbh, not really bothered about it as long as Bangladesh don't embarrass themselves.
I think we could win one of the ODIs and think we will do well in Chittagong Test, and hope to take the Dhaka Test to the final day.
