Tbf to Eng, they did bloody well to draw a series when 4/7 averaged well under 30
Yeah, aside from not winning the series it was a bit like the Ashes. Statistically we were dominated but our ability to make the key moments counts kept us in it.

If we can get a bit of consistency we can be a very good team.

South Africa unlucky to not win it 3-1 TBF.
Oh not this **** again. Why? Because of their inability to bowl out a number eleven in the allotted time? There is nothing unlucky about that, it's part of cricket, if you don't take the wickets you don't deserve to win end of.

Considering the only significant victory your team has had in recent memory came in very similar circumstances then I'm a bit surprised you would say that.

We might have drawn the series but there are 2 positives to come out of it:
1) SA reTEYN the Basil Dolly trophy
2) We reduced Strauss's, Pietersen's and Trott's batting averages.
Proteas fffffff yeah!!!!
