Most definitely.

Composure shown by both sides was first rate (captain aside) and the bottle shown by the likes of Steven Taylor was immense.

Tbf Holland's penalty record is also dire if whoever said that earlier on (can't remember) is to be believed.
Well its off the top of my head, but they are quite famous for going out of tournaments on pens. At one point it was worse then us, because we did win one in Euro96. (which means El-tel is forever horrifically over-rated as a manager).

Why don't the English ever practice penalties? Surely it is common sense to do so. Really beggers belief that it happens so many times and it hasn't occured to anybody yet to do so :wacko:

Maybe because practising penalties in training will not reflect how your going to take pens ina match. Your bound to be more nervous and agitated for say in an important match.
