One of Matthew Taylor's perhaps. Dider Drogba vs Liverpool gets my nod for best technique. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else pull off a weaker-foot half-volley on the turn while under pressure and going away from goal.
Nah 'keeper was poor, nothing special about that, just trying to find wanky criteria, no-one else has pulled off an in off the donkey, whilst having an epileptic fit....

Tbf if someone did that it would win the poll hands down.

It's an absurdly difficult skill to pull off, that's the thing that impresses me, not that it was unique.

Surprised that it didn't get more plaudits at the time tbh. Was of course overshadowed by Neil Mellor's bolt out of the blue, before he then went back to being awful.
