For a ping you won't go past the Yeboah-constrictor. Keeper didn't even smell it.

Best technique tho is Big Den versus the Geordies. What a touch that man had.
    - As featured in The Independent.

"This is not the time for namby-pamby promising youngsters who might just do something; not the time for building for the future. Pragmatism rules and they don't come more pragmatic than Rogers."
    - Victor Marks makes the case for stiff-legged and stiff-armed 35 year old left-handers in Ashes squads

    Got to be Huckerby IMO.
marc71178 - President and founding member of AAAS - we don't only appreciate when he does well, but also when he's not quite so good!

One of Matthew Taylor's perhaps. Dider Drogba vs Liverpool gets my nod for best technique. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else pull off a weaker-foot half-volley on the turn while under pressure and going away from goal.

Nah 'keeper was poor, nothing special about that, just trying to find wanky criteria, no-one else has pulled off an in off the donkey, whilst having an epileptic fit....

Tbf if someone did that it would win the poll hands down.

It's an absurdly difficult skill to pull off, that's the thing that impresses me, not that it was unique.

Vieira vs Liverpool at Anfield. Just a wonderful example of how simple yet devastating good old pass and move can be.

Surprised that it didn't get more plaudits at the time tbh. Was of course overshadowed by Neil Mellor's bolt out of the blue, before he then went back to being awful.

Le Tiss TBH. With him, you know it was never a fluke, as he did it so often.....
