    We definitely can't have that.

Has issues with going to ground rather too readily, IMHO. You blokes would have to abandon any moral highground about Grosso if you played him.
We need a team full of players like him then if we're going to be any chance

Can't see us doing as well as last time somehow. Would be nice, but I don't think so.

Was Bresciano's fault that he got a one on one with Neill anyway tbh.

Well we're through to the finals of the Asian cup. Comfortable victory last night even if the scoreline makes the game look closer than it was.

Plenty of Pim bashing going on by the commentary team last night though. Don't know what more they expect from the man. He took our second team to a victory that should have been 4-0 but for Jesus' wasteful finishing. We've qualified for everything we needed to qualify for.

    Also Tommeh

Some poor service at times though. You expect him to turn water into wine or something?

Indeed. Will be a miracle if we ever find an international standard striker it seems.

    Could be worse

Was flicking through the channels the other night and, with precious little to choose from, settled back with a glass of red to watch an AFC qualifier between Yemen and Hong Kong in arabic

Fair dinkum, it was like watching a match down at the local park where the captain is the fat guy in the MU socks because he is a pom and therefore must know something about the game (or tells everyone he does anyway)

    Friggin' awful!

Carn Victory. Win me some money and qualify here! 3-1 on aggregate thanks to Kruse's goal. Just gotta prevent Sydney from scoring another 2.

Fair game this just quietly, especially by A League standards. Better than United's effort this morning.

Also, K Muscat. Stiil Australia's grubbiest sportsman? Yes, imho.
