Cross handed All Time Test XI

All time XI of players who batted right handed and bowled left handed or vice versa.

Um, Clive Lloyd, Derek Underwood .......... and a bunch of others. I can't be bothered to do anymore - it's a stupid thread anyway.

****EDIT to add a new rule****

The batsman have to have take a Test wicket.

Haha, no it's a good idea

A few from memory - Ambrose, Tiger and Gov General. Also I think Rod Marsh batted left and bowled right so there is a WK
    You know it makes sense.

    Adam Gilchrist bowled right handed.

Anderson bowls right bats left, might be worth a shout.

There are a lot of cross-handers around, it isn't that odd.

True, I thought I had Marsh in front of Gilly for a sec

Not a bad team that. Clem Hill and Jack Harry (much better bowler than Clem) bowled both hands and also kept wickets, I bet there are not too many for that team

Okay in an attempt to make this more interesting a new rule is introduced.

The batsman have to have taken a Test wicket.

Therefore no Sanga, Hayden or Lara - but David Gower gets in.

In that case, Wilfred Rhodes to open with Worrell and Macartney to 3. Gower slots in at 4.

Shame on your Archie. A wicket keeper isn't a batsman.

Hussey might start to push that team given the new rules.

Haha true, but still it would be nice to have a true ambitexterous keeper. I know Storer took at least one Test wicket but not sure which hand he bowled with?

    Denis Compton instead of Gower.

His profile states he bowled legspin but does not mention which arm so I imagine it must be right
