Johan Botha comes to my mind as his successor for limited over games.

Dhoni should learn something from this to prolong his test career...

Good decision from Smith. He is a class Test Batsman and I would like to see him play longer and better Test Cricket rather then try his ass off to win T20's and just not being able to do it.

Never was much of a T20 player, Fat Gray. Best decision for the team, really. SA badly need some dashes in the top order.
