robbed of an lbw
I got great enjoyment shouting "WHY THE **** ISN'T THIS GAME BEING PLAYED AT THE BASIN?!>!?!?" to reasonably significant cheers from the sparse crowdOverrated XI Warner, Rutherford, Steve Smith, Rahane, Bairstow, Alecz Day, Donovan Grobelaar, Luke Ronchi, Faulkner, Dan Christian, Permaulone day NZ will bring chappell to his knees in a puddle of his own tears and you'll see Phlegm on his belly greedily tasting every delicious tear before watching the hope fade from that old ****s eyes.

Vimes tells it how it is:
Andrew Mathieson added to the ND squad to play tomorrow. Would be his debut correct?
Also what's the point of having Sherlock in the squad if the guy doesn't play? Surely they need only look at his history of injuries and realise he's a given to not play. 12th man last week and this week I assume has missed out again because of another injury.

Yeah, although personally I don't think he'll play unless we decide to go with four seamers or play Jono Boult in the top seven. It would be a good chance to finally give him a run though it must be said, espeically considering when the likes of Arnel, Verma etc come back he isn't going to get much of a chance after that.
Leave out Jono imo. It's funny seeing all Athlai's cricsim picks not playing.
What's with Wellington and there obsession with Australians? They've just brought another one over to play today - Jayde Herrick. He plays for the Victorian second XI so it'll be interesting to see how he goes down there.
Another Aussie? Heath to explode.
Still think it's absolute lunacy that they're not making room for Andy Mathieson in some of these first class matches and asking him to charge in and bowl as quick as he can.
I know I'm biased, being from the same club as him but I just don't see many bowlers in this country offering his combination of height, bounce and pace, let alone at his age.
Anurag is a few weeks back from representitive cricket I'd say.
I also wonder when some of these guys will seriously contemplate coming and trying to crack NZ cricket similar to the Saffies across the world. Cameron Merchant could represent the first Aussie to do it (although I don't think he's good enough)
