Ghana just looking like a superior team. Speed kills in any sport tbf...doesnt matter how tactically advanced you are if the other team just runs by you....

2 X 15 minutes of extra-time.

If it's still level, penalty shootout. Five spot-kicks each, whoever scores the most wins. If still level, sudden death until one team is ahead.

30 mins of extra time (15 each way) and then penalties. 5 pens each and then sudden death.
