Yes but Viv has a ton in a fourth innings chase on a turner in India already under his belt.

Even the spinners it's not a bad option. He has a last day ton on a turner in 87. Viv achiever of miracles.

Viv is Great and All, but don't think that 89 ton against Hirwani is basis enough to have him there. Personally not in my shortlist.

Viv is extremely skilled against spin but doesn't have the achievements to be there against Ashwin and Kumble, of course it's completely possible that Viv was at that level against spin as he objectively displayed zero weaknesses against spin but to be an elite ATG player of spin, combined with consistency against spin throughout career, you also need the X factor of either dominating one of the three ATG spinners, or some thing insane on wet wickets.

Viv is the type to up his game based on the moment against any type of bowling. But sure for spin Sehwag is best.
