I'm sure they're top blokes, but they both look like sinister little rodents.

Top 5 Contributions to a Test Series

1. Don Bradman (974 runs, 1930)
2. Harbhajan Singh (32 wickets in 3 Tests, 2001)
3. Ian Botham (399 runs and 34 wickets, 1981)
4. Wally Hammond (905 runs, 1928/29)
5. Jim Laker (46 wickets, 1956)
How about SF Barnes' 49 wickets in four tests in S Africa 1913-14 ?

PS Sorry if this was meant to be only against Australia

Nah, it wasn't, but I'm pretty sure England would have beaten South Africa anyway without Barnes' contribution. I only included performances that directly influenced the outcome of the series, and its only a coincidence that most of them are against Australia.

Honestly, I think Sachin, Lara, Murali and Warne are top blokes given the way they treat the fans, even though they are the superstars of the game.

Bit harsh on Langeveldt. Surely Nel is less of a looker.
