Ireland's 50+ runs for the tenth wicket in each innings against Afghanistan was the first time that had happened since 1895

Hughes/Agar (163) and Haddin/Pattinson (65) in the 2013 Nottingham Test. (Then in the next Test at Nottingham both India and England had 100+ 10th wicket stands).

The 1895 instance had the same batsmen in each innings (Trott/Callaway), and they each also took a 5fer - for some reason Sydney Callaway was never picked again.

The West Indies' opening stand of 365 against Ireland is the highest opening partnership in ODIs (by 51 runs). Another 8 runs and they'd have got the highest partnership for any wicket in ODIs.

Gayle and Samuels with that mammoth partnership 4 years ago...and now Campbell and Hope (A solid cricketer in LO cricket) with this.
