I meant you you wrote in "away Ashes wins" (i.e. Ashes TEST MATCH wins), not "away Ashes SERIES wins" so those 5 Aussies have all taken more wickets in tests Australia have won in England and Wales than Anderson has in tests the Poms have won in Australia.
I knew what you meant. But I also knew what I meant and I stand by it 😄

I thought Crawley should never have played this series and now he's the leading run scorer from both sides. Even his average has moved up to 31 whereby I thought it would always be below 28

Given he's only recently turned 25, it'll be interesting to see if he kicks on from here. You don't play an innings like that without clearly having some talent, and he's probably just bought himself the next 2 years with it too.

First Stokes, then Starc, now Crawley....seems like the whole of CW has had to eat some level of humble pie.

That Crawley innings sums him up. Like his Pakistan one, trouble is you know he is just as likely to fail as get runs. No idea why the Aussies fed his pads all the time and didn't bowl the normal 5th stump line and just wait for the error though.

Sure that I read some posts saying that Woakes should never play another test.
Well I might not have said it but I thought it as he is so bad away, had been injured so long and is old. Glad he is back though, just don't take him to India.

Didn’t say anything myself but a lot of my compatriots were certain Head would fail. Obviously I write this after he did but whatever happens from here he’s possibly the only Aussie leaving the UK with his stock higher than which he arrived?

A few of us weren't fussed about Wood playing due to his track record in England.
