I very much doubt it - the forum works fine without them, and most people have alternative means of communicating with those they wish to, ie MSN...

yes but even if you put your msn name in your profile it dose not show up

Yeah unfortuantly due to past troubles all contact info was disabled, and basically means you need to ask the person inparticular permission if you can have their details and it's up to them if they wish to give them out or not.
