McGarrell goes from 2-0-7-1 to 4-0-47-1... ouch, not helped by the fielding it sounds like.

Anyway T & T finished on 175-6, the scores in the English domestic final were 177 and 173 - so pretty similar so far.

Brilliant finish to the tournament. Deonarine with a six off the second to last ball for a Guyana win. Exhilarating!!

Guyana win. Cracker of a game, even if looking at a scorecard of a 20/20 match makes me sick.

Guess it was just as good as the England's equivalent domestic competition after all - doesn't get much better than hitting a winning six off the penultimate ball. Most of the international players doing well too.

Good stuff.

Great final...
Took a while for me to get into the tournament and it was not until the later rounds that I actually knew who some of the players on show were but it must be a real positive injection into West Indies cricket, full houses and all.

Kieran Pollard and William Perkins look outstanding players and its good to see senior players like the two captains and Ramdin leading from the front.

Fell alseep with T&T winning. Woke up with Sarwan smiling. Boo. Hiss.

Great game though. Caught the replay today.

Great for West Indies cricket. The highlight for me was that cameraman's dancing queen tribute. Perkins oozes class and Pollard...that ballstriking... WOW. Just 19 years old and I'd never heard of him before. Shame on me.

Ramdin's little cameo would have given the windies & Cartlon Baugh a little headache between now & the world cup, it will be interesting to see which one of them the windies decide to go with when the WC comes around.

I thought it was a great tournament and long may it continue. Sure, some of the early cricket was a dubious standard but overall it worked well and was well publicised and exciting.
