maybe, that's a new one for me though, haven't seen too many cricket fans who don't diss him and yet don't enjoy his style of playing...

He's a great player, one of the greatest ever no doubt, especially in the shorter format but I just don't enjoy watching him bat like I do with my favourite players. I'm not going to turn it off if he's batting but I'm not going to record it or anything.

Have done in the past. Don't have a hard drive recorder anymore so I can't. Probably wouldn't bother. I've done it in the past to watch his movements when he drives, my driving used to be shocking and I couldn't keep it along the ground. It certainly helped a fair bit.

didnt bradman say if you want to see how i played watch tendulkar. interesting to hear warne rated him as the best batsmen he had to bowl too. two great players one telling us thats how he played as a batsmen and the other saying hes the hardest to bowl agianst. one with the greatest test average the other with the most test wickets... really makes you realise how good tendulkar prb is.

I've always picked him in my greatest teams, as there's no doubting his excellence as a cricketer, however as DCYE said, imo he's not that great to watch (I'm talking test cricket, love him in ODIs). Out of Indians in particular would much rather watch a Laxman, Ganguly or Dravid innings. He's just never captured my interest to be considered one of my favourite players.why? you subscribe to the choker theory or the flat-track bully theory?
