It is Visitorp.

Visitorps are a rare breed of flightless poultry bred exclusively in NSW and loosely related to the Australorp, only Visitorps have a larger range, hence they visit a lot of different places. Obviously there's an information centre specialising in this rare and beautiful breed located not far from where the photo was taken.
