mmmm, I can eat bacon! It works for about a month but just teaches you bad habits
Its not just bacon, you can eat fish, meat, chicken, eggs etc. I avoid red meat and take mainly fish and chicken. It ensures I dont have a cholestrol problem.

Its great. I have lost nine kilos and need to lose just two more. I am taking it under medical supervision and there have been absolutely no alarms and I have never felt healthier. :)
