If a fielder, including bowler, is injured and they can still move to a safe place, play should continue around them with the physio coming onto the field like in rugby. If the ball hits either it's a 5 run penalty (as per hitting the helmet).
Head injury assessments should be done off the field and a replacement batter brought on.
Once the ball is dead, fielding have 45 seconds until completion of next delivery.

not correct. It was Rahul and Nair in the 2nd test.

Gill never came close to getting out, except a couple of inside edges. He had the highest control percentage of all batters in years.

Points would have been docked for india if india won the match. According to icc rules only winner of test match gets points docked not lossing team. What about baised umpiring? Reiffel is an Aussie, hence the last thing he would want to do is play for England.
