Patch for ICC2002 not on Empire site

Hi I recently reloaded ICC2002 on my new computer and have found empire no longer have the patch on their site

Can anyone help ?

Also is there anywhere on the net where people still play ICC2002 online ?

The Online server is presently down - it may return the future, however that is unlikely in the coming months.
