I for one am very excited about Cam Greens 2x inevitable scores of 150+ in the Ashes. Smoking medium pace dross merchants Atkinson and Woakes all over the shop in the sweltering sun.

That's a strange thing to say, why do you say that?
If your eyes are too far off the ground, you struggle to play the moving ball as it approaches you. There’s a reason why great batsmen are all relatively short. Some tall blokes Bosch it around ok, but it’s artless hackery and almost always done inthe middle order where the ball doesn’t move much

I thought it was more about having a lower center of gravity and shorter batsmen tending to be more fleet of foot so they can have better footwork, but that actually makes sense when you put it that way. Thanks!

I hope this shows selectors you do actually need a specialist #3 and they send an SOS to K'Pat or McSweeney for the #3 spot on Windies tour

Burgey's just saying that cuz he's 5 foot 5 and wants to feel better about himself.
I'm 5'11". Maybe I'd make a good fast bowler since I'm very tall (for a woman)? I'm also left-handed.

Then my approach to batting, knowing me, would be similar to Tim Southee. A typical innings for me: dot, 4, 6, out. Good strike rate though! :P

Rabada and Jansen are keeping SA in this.

Ngidi hasn't looked that threatening.

Right on cue he might have Smith.
