I want to believe in Green so badly but idk why they thought a few games batting at #5 in Div 2 would be enough prep for batting at #3 against Rabada.

Nintendo

Cricketer Of The Year
The way smith has played rabada this test has been crazy. Everyone else has struggled, but he's been smoking him around the park for fun.

His last six months have been vintage. From Brisbane onwards he’s been near enough back to his best

Well that's the end of Cameron Green experiment atleast for now. Get Konstas in and Marnus down to 3

Bit surprised Khawaja was picked for this test given his record over the past couple of years. Probably should have used the Sri Lanka series to blood someone else, was always going to be difficult to leave him out once he made runs there.

King Kane

International Vice-Captain
Two of the worst no.3s going around in this test match, Green and Mulder, at least Mulder would be a good nightwatchman lasting for 44 balls for 6.

Green has only lasted for 5 balls for a total of 4 runs in his two innings, I reckon even Chris Martin could have done a better job than that batting at 3.
