Good test match pitch this. Bounce, swing and good value for your shots. Tremlett should have been picked.

Hard to argue with that adub. I think Warner had to come in and the decision as to who to drop would have been really tough IMO.

Pretty sick of the selections myself. I had hoped things would get better, but dumb **** just keeps happening.

What the hell was the point of dropping Lyon and giving him the message that we don't think your good enough son for a 19 y/o and dropping said 19 y/o two tests later? Sure Agar hasn't carved up England, but who the hell really thought he would? Either he's the future and you stick with him, or you should have shown some faith in Lyon. ****ing amateur ****.

Hughes is the only batsman who has played an innings of significance in the tests so yeah lets drop him. I like Warner, but FMD the runs he scored in SA were on an 8 lane ****ing highway. Maxwell scored 150 FFS. Maybe they should have called him up for Agar instead of going back to Lyon?

Starc? meh! He's had his chances and not taken them. Bird deserved a shot. I understand the thinking a dry surface might bring Starc's reverse in play - just like how he carved up the Indians on their dry dusty pitches, oh wait...

Meanwhile the walking LBW decision is a ****ing koala. Maybe the power of prayer can bring on a miracle and have the patient go into remission, because there's no ****ing way the selectors are going to apply the chemo.

What are the rumours about Pietersen and Taylor? Something about him saying he wasn't any good during the saga last year?
Made it clear he didn't rate Taylor one bit. Was after their partnership at Headingley when KP got 149, not sure if it was an interview or what though.

i miss the late cut onto off stump days
Did it last limited overs game he played tbf. Not likely to do it in tests.

Pretty **** thing to say really. No wonder they dropped him. (Pietersen for Lords that is)

There was a general atmosphere in the dressing room that game that Taylor was a surprise pick apparently too.

Didn't rate one bit is very strong. He was ranting about HIS importance to the team and downplayed Taylor's role in the partnership, a couple of senior players snapped and had it out with him.

Love how Warne thinks the guy with the technical issue needed time away from the game rather than time in the nets to iron out his technical issue.

Nice running Twatto.
