I know this is just the start of the season, but don't you guys think this is the time to get everything correct so we can set the tone for latter matches.

I want an agressive show in th next match boys...

I am looking at a few options to improve the way we play. Looking at all our matches both pre-season and the main season. Its seems that tactics bonusing is having a major effect on our results. Also looking at the other squads its seems we don't really have enough players with raw stats over 25, im the only outfield player over 30, our squad is a bit too multi-skilled. Probably my fault i should have got more of you guys to change your stats when we had the chance, so your more one dimensional. ESMS really prefers those type of players. I didn't think it was going to make as big a difference, but it does seem it has.

But there just excuses i know we can get a lot more out of this team and i'll be looking at a few options. Our midfield struggled a lot in our first two matches, as has our forwards. Looking at our player stats, techinally our defense is probably the strongest part of our game. So well probably be looking to play a bit more reversed in the next couple games, atleast at the start. Hopefully we will be a bit harder to break down in the next couple games.

To the management team, i will not to be sending out many emails over the next week or two as im quite busy with college.

Yeah I suggest we focus more on defence. Make it difficult for teams to break us down. Our midfield is probably the weakest part of our game and we just simply don't have much of the ball. We could also look at playing long balls.

Tharmi, please please please don't play that defensive again. It was embarassing to watch from the t.v in the change rooms after I got sent off.

We need some extra training sessions and prep talks, i'm thinking. Not looking good.

Least you got to leave the pitch early :p. I didn't get that chance and had to stay on without seeing much of the ball from the midfield.

I rather play you in MF, but we need to just play defensively until we get a gun MF or forward, its our best chance of a result.
