Howsie ideally wants the plodders gone with Bevan Beefcake and Cody Quick**** taking the new ball though tbf.

So unless you're Matt Henry today is a **** day to be a bowler.

Henry keeps showing himself to be several classes above domestix.

edit: Devcich better not sour the day with a jammy score.

Yeah amazing, especially considering none of their batsmen have passed 61.

43 from 26 with 2 wickets in hand - still an outside chance.

Looks like Canterbury have made a mess of their chase after a good start.

23 from 2 would be a walk in the park if they had a batsman there, and for two bowling allrounders it's not over yet now they're on a roll.

Go away ND. It's not cute anymore.

Yeesss as I type Small gets the 9th. Been one of the only bowlers in the country to come out with a respectable performance today. Henry has been on another planet obvz but on a day where Wheeler would go for 100+ given the chance Small has stepped up.

Lets get the last wicket quickly please.

Phew.

So ND all out for all but 400. Otago the only team not to rack up 300 thus far today, and since that match is only 41 overs per side Wellington getting there is freakish. They were on for 400 as well since they had wickets in hand and two set batsmen.

Looking forward to seeing some of the pitches wheeled out today.

Bowlers who haven't been smashed:

Matt Henry: 10 overs, 6/45 in an innings of 356
Andy Ellis: 9.4 overs, 1/41 in an innings of 356 (his wicket was Chris Martin)
Bevan Small: 9.5 overs, 2/53 in an innings of 398
Chris Martin: 10 overs, 3/59 in an innings of 325/8 and counting

Mills might yet make the list since he has 8 overs, 2/30. Franklin has fiver overs, 1/25 thus far as well.

Great match - ND can't be too distraught with losing that.

Btw, do domestic one-day matches now use a new ball at each end?

How ****ing ridiculous are both List A games going on ATM. They must be playing on artificial... with a beach ball.
Have you ever tried playing cricket with a beach ball?!

Insane scoring in all three games. Have they shortened the boundaries or what? Welly can't stop scoring 300+.

815 runs off 99 overs today at Hamilton. Daniel Flynn got 0 off 1. Reckon he'll be thinking he perhaps missed out?

Canterbury still have a chance of winning.

Can't believe ND got so close to CDs total, must be an amazing track.

Good all round game from Henry
