Just a thought for improving the ground conditions situation:

Perhaps it would make it easier on all managers if managers set season ground conditions for each ground, which cannot be changed until the next season.

I think this will make ALFTA smoother as it would take away any disputes over 'realism' of pitches as they would be permanently set. Also, managers wouldn't have to wait around for other managers to submit their conditions, the benefit for managers would be in choosing which ground they play on. And if the managers don't post which ground it can be chosen by the ALFTA management and would allow the touring managers a chance to pick their sides accordingly.

Mr M & Marc, do you think this is a fair option for everyone?
